In the pod I have shared a little about my cultural background, my thoughts about my PhD, and Relational Cultural Theory, as well as my work as an academic and challenges working in Higher Education. Reflecting back to the chat with Jenny I was impressed with Jenny's questions and they way she rephrased my responses.
